Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and details of the issue within 30 days of receipt.
We endeavour to make every product perfect, but if part of your order is missing, incorrect or damaged we will supply replacement parts free of charge as soon as possible. Please note that these will be sent via standard post and may take a little longer than our standard delivery times.
If you simply no longer want the product and we are unable to resolve any issues, you can return the product to us for a refund. The product must be unopened and undamaged. We will provide the return address via email.
The product should be well packaged in the same manner in which it was received to avoid damage, and any costs associated with the return will be your responsibility.
Once any returned products are received in our warehouse in saleable condition we will process a refund as quickly as possible using the same payment method you used for the order. We will be unable to refund shipping costs.
Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of the returned items to receive your refund.
